How the cash-offer process works
Here is what actually happens after you request an offer, in plain language, from the first form to closing.
1. You share the basics
You tell us the property address and a few details about your situation and timeline. This takes a few minutes and does not require any documents up front.
2. Mo personally reviews it
There is no automated valuation or instant offer. Mo reviews what you shared and reaches out to have a real conversation about the property and what you are hoping for.
3. The property gets evaluated
If a direct purchase looks like it could be a fit, the property's condition, location, and recent comparable sales in the area are reviewed to work out a fair offer.
4. You review a free offer
If the property is a fit, you receive a direct purchase offer to review. It costs nothing to receive, and there is no obligation to accept it.
5. A contract, if you accept
If you decide to move forward, the next step is a purchase agreement that lays out the terms you already discussed.
6. Closing
Closing is typically handled through a title company or closing attorney, as is standard in Georgia. When the property and circumstances allow, Horizon Recovery LLC can close in as few as 10 business days.
Not every property will receive an offer. If a direct sale is not the right fit for your property, Mo will tell you honestly and help you think through other options.
